Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days and reach most Indian pin codes in 3–7 business days. Shipping is free on every order. You’ll get a tracking link by email as soon as your bag is on the move.
Returns
Changed your mind? Send it back unused, in its original packaging, within 7 days of delivery. Arrived damaged or not what you ordered? Tell us within 48 hours and we’ll replace or refund it.

Warranty
Stitching, zips and hardware are covered by a 6-month warranty against manufacturing defects. Scuffs, scars and patina are the leather doing its job and aren’t defects.
