Shipping policy

This policy explains how and when rolltop orders placed on rolltop.in are delivered.

Where we ship

We currently deliver across India. We do not ship internationally yet.

Processing time

Orders are packed and handed to our courier partner within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays and public holidays are processed the next working day.

Delivery time

Most pin codes receive their order within 3–7 business days of dispatch. Remote locations can take a little longer. These are estimates, not guarantees.

Shipping charges

Shipping is free on every order within India.

Cash on delivery

Cash on delivery is available on eligible pin codes at no extra charge. Please keep the exact amount ready; our courier partners cannot open the parcel before payment.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking link by email and SMS as soon as your order ships. If the link has not updated within 48 hours, contact us and we will chase it.

Delays

Weather, strikes, festival rush and courier disruptions are outside our control. If your order is running more than five working days past the estimate, tell us and we will sort it out.

Address and delivery attempts

Please check your address and phone number before placing the order. We can change an address only until the order is dispatched. Couriers usually make up to three delivery attempts; parcels returned to us as undeliverable can be re-shipped at an additional charge or refunded less the shipping costs incurred.

Damaged or tampered parcels

If the outer packaging looks opened or damaged, please record it on the delivery receipt or refuse the parcel, and write to us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and, if you can, an unboxing video.
