Terms of service

These Terms of Service govern your use of rolltop.in (the "Site") and any purchase you make from RUDRA CRATE ("rolltop", "we", "us"). By using the Site or placing an order you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract under Indian law to place an order.

Products

We describe and photograph our bags as accurately as we can. Leather is a natural material: grain, shade, markings and finish vary from hide to hide, and colours can look different on different screens. Dimensions and weights are approximate. These variations are not defects.

Prices and payment

All prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Shipping charges, if any, are shown at checkout. We may change prices at any time, but changes do not affect orders already confirmed. The payment methods available for your order are shown at checkout and may include UPI, debit and credit cards, net banking, wallets and cash on delivery. Online payments are processed by third-party payment gateways over an encrypted connection; their terms also apply, and we do not store your card or UPI details.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we dispatch the goods. We may decline or cancel an order, for example where a product is out of stock, a price or description was listed in error, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we refund you in full.

Shipping, returns and refunds

Delivery, returns, refunds and cancellations are covered by our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, which form part of these terms.

Your account

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised use.

Intellectual property

The rolltop name and logo, and all text, photographs, video, graphics and designs on the Site, belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce or use them commercially without our written permission.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site: no unlawful activity, no attempts to gain unauthorised access, no interfering with its operation, no scraping, and no false or misleading information.

Reviews and messages

If you send us reviews, photos or feedback, you allow us to use them in connection with our business. Please do not submit anything unlawful, offensive or that you do not have the right to share.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 that cannot be excluded.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against losses arising from your breach of these terms or misuse of the Site.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Surat, Gujarat have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to your rights under consumer protection law.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page at the time you place your order applies to that order.
